Also, to be fair, other tuners may have addressed this as well, or have updated tunes pending, and I may just not be aware of it. In time, I am sure everyone who has a handle on the ECU whether they are using an open tuning solution or ECUTEK has or will have it figured out.

Good news. Any idea why some people like @tech4pdx and @MattF were seeing 9-10PSI on with the stock pulley?

To my knowledge Innovate doesn't have smaller pullies to ship out yet. =)

All Innovate SC systems that have been sold include a 75mm pulley.

Assuming there are no leaks, belt slip, etc. it is most likely related to the differences in the tune and/or exhaust system upgrades as cam phasing (overlap) and also exhaust system scavenging effectiveness will both be big factors in manifold pressure post compressor. Basically, the difference between two vehicles with the same supercharger system can come down to the tune and what exhaust components have been modified.

This idea popped into my head last night. Makes sense.

You made my neck hurt. :)

Any significant restrictions on the exhaust portion will cause an increase in boost with an SC. Sometimes that's how you can tell your cat is melted or some other exhaust restriction is being problematic.

Absolutely, one may even see a decrease in boost pressure with optimized exhaust components and tuning, while still making MORE power. :w00t:

Thanks Moto. The only stock component left in my exhaust is the header. The car made 254 rwhp on a Dyno Dynamics while reading a max 9 psi (according to my tuner). I am planning on going to an aftermarket header (waiting on a specific (secret) one to be released ;)).

I should probably mention that I'm also spraying methanol. :)

the header is the most significant restriction of the exhaust :)

What I don't understand is why no one has tried to get the intercooled components of the kit from Australia.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/CUSCO-SPR...item53f9714537

http://*************/forum/f92/cusco...it-stock-3353/

Here is what is included in the intercooled version overseas:

[Intercooler Kit (water)]・・・Includes all of the above components plus what's listed below

http://www.cusco.co.jp/products/asse...x220-17926.jpg
・Water-air intercooler core (base)
・Water-air intercooler radiator bracket
・Water-air intercooler core (S/C side)
・Electric water pump
・Electric water pump harness
・Electric water pump bracket
・Coolan reservoir tank
・Coolant hose
・Hose clamp
・Bolt clip

Yes, it's expensive, but why are we not getting these parts? Makes no sense why Innovate can't release this since the upgrade already exists. Maybe a shop is interested in getting numbers/paying the shipping to get the AUS kit over here? Just brainstorming...

If someone will figure out the logistics, I would be happy to acquire the intercooled parts.

I was going to e-mail Cusco in Australia earlier today until my transmission issue cropped up. I can't find their contact info now, but did find the US branch:

I'll call tomorrow. Thanks for the info.

Has anybody gotten ~250whp on pump yet?

I've seen quite a few 240-250whp dynos but are these all on e85?
