Is this for a pair? $24. Is it hard to I install? Any modification? What color is it 5000 or 6000k?

It's $49.98 a pair.
Very easy to install. No modification is needed.
Color is 5000k, pure white for the 29W.

these lights are super bright, and it's pure white, i m very satisfied!

My 29W Osram DRL came in. Shipping was really fast. Very bright, pure white, exactly what I was looking for.
