No money for a FA20 engine for my car plz help

I baught a 2014 Fr-s and 32 days later the Engine Quit I need a new block and rods if there is anyone out there plz help I am paying on the car and I am very sad that it has died on me and have no money for parts. Went to Toyota and they said it would cost 7k to set it back to default on the Title Since the car was still under manufacturer warranty Toyota Won't do anything about it because a place I bought the car from swap the motor with a junkyard motor. david.gordon614@gmail.com

tough luck, especially since it sounds like you bought it from a random shop/person..sounds like you're gonna have to bite the bullet somewhere..

part out?

Part out or buy another junkyard motor and hope it does better this time.

What help are you asking for, money?

Apply for credit or a loan, work more hours at the job, etc.

Just please don't start a gofundme...

My thoughts exactly.
Sounds like you need to have a long chat with the place you bought your car from.
Still, either you have bad luck or you fucked with it and want free money. Who knows.
Like others said, get a bank loan out, credit card, extra work, sell some stuff, etc.

Come on guys, let's buy him an engine.

Btw, I could use some financial help with my home remodel.

Sounds like you should be having a conversation with who you bought the car from, investigating your local lemon laws and fraud regulations, and possibly involving your state attorney general's office. This isn't a problem solved by spending money and moving along, you got screwed based on what you said.

You bought a car with an engine vin # that did not match the car's vin #? What kind of deal did you get on it?

Sapphireho 04-23-2018 06:08 PM

I don't know about your state, but used "as is" means exactly that where I live.

Summerwolf 04-23-2018 06:25 PM
