Product: Meng Motorsports HID Conversion Kits V.2. - H11 - 5000K

Ordering Process: Ordered on April 30 at night. I wanted signature on delivery because of where I live so I shot Mengsta a PM here. He responded promptly the next day AND he also confirmed it in email. Excellent customer service.

Shipping: Shipped out on Thursday as promised in the email and arrived on Saturday.

Packaging: Standard USPS mailbox. Inside was a bubble envelope wrapping the kit. Excellent condition.

HID Kit: The box design is excellent. I didn't expect it to be so sturdy and with a magnetic cover. Clearly quality extends past their products and onto their design too.

Overall: Besides the basics of an HID kit, they clearly opened the box to check for quality assurance. How do I? They put in their business cards and a personal letter with things clearly shifted around. You know it's been checked!

I have yet to test out how reliable the kit is or how well it functions. I will update this review if I remember! I can just tell based on the service of simply ordering the kit, the product should be just as good.

Goodie: Got a license plate frame! Definitely going to use that over my dealer one when I get ticketed for no front license plates. =)

Thanks for the write up and shoutout =]. We appreciate it very much. I hope you enjoy the kit as much as we enjoy talking about it. We definitely took the time to go over every detail about our kits and have met personally with the manufacturer. These are not generic handed down kits from a distributor.
