Toyota 86 TRD to Officially Debut @ TAS 2012
 

The Tokyo Auto Show (much more tuner focused) 2012 opens on 13th of January, a few days after the Detroit Auto Show 2012, that opens on 9th of January.

I'm going to laugh if it is just the introduction of the body kit

I am skeptical of what TRD has become over the past couple of years relating to cars, I mean they outfit all the trucks w/ TRD stickers so must be around in some capacity. It also reminds me of the infamous TRD IS300...they promised that for years and made 2-3 and they are used on some track as a safety car

Didn't see the salon vs show at first. Almost had an "are you f*&king kidding me" moment.

I'd prepare to laugh: there won't be a supercharger or turbo, just a body kit, brakes, suspension goodies, and other body parts.

I'm suspecting some handling goodies and some small power adders such intake, exhaust etc.
