Turbo Questions for the BRZ
 

New to the forums and would like to see what people are running on theirs! I'm from Washington and there is a company called steam speed. They finally got their first prototype turbo kit for the BRZ. I will be running it in my car and would like to know what and how you guys installed/tuned/fit everything in the BRZ. What's your guys' set up? It is the STX 67 turbocharger and it's all basically custom saying they never had a kit before I asked them to put one together for me! I would love some help/information about some turbo set ups! It will be a big help! *plus* I'll be keeping the forums updated on the build.

One post, touting a particular shop building a turbo. And according to their Facebook page, they're affiliated with John Visconti (see Sept 10 post).

Smells spammy. And if it's not spam, OP should run far, far away from these people. Visconti cars have been known to burn to the ground:

No it's not spam. Yes I'm a real person stationed in Washington. I have a dark grey BRZ and have been wanting some help with the set up. I told steamspeed I would get their name out being they are a newer company. Thanks for the help though. Girls can have an interest in cars too :):)

Now I'm absolutely convinced it's spam. Nobody said anything about girls not having an interest in cars. This wouldn't be the first time someone has come onto a board mostly populated by males and pretended to be a girl to get attention for a product.

I'm really just here to learn more about my car and to talk about this car with other owners! Haha sorry got off on the wrong foot! I'm on my phone and still trying to figure out this website.
