Touch up paint?

Anyone know where to get some touch up paint online or is it best to just buy it at the dealership?

I don't think Toyota has them yet, I had to buy mine from the Subaru dealership. The Whiteout kit costs twice as much but comes with 2 pens, one for the base coat and one for the top coat (pearl). I had what I thought was a shallow chip/hole in the paint so I just used the top coat, this was a big mistake. The top coat is very transparent lol, so unless you still have some white underneath your chip, the top coat will show whatever colour is underneath it. In my case it shows the greenish/bluish sheet metal...

Check out Dr.ColorChip . You won't be disappointed.

whatever you end up with, I recommend getting a couple very fine artist paint brushes for the touchup. the brush thats usually included with the paint is kinda big for most jobs

I'm not much for the pens. personal opinion though.

After looking at a few reviews it seems they are great so I ended up purchasing it. Thanks

They didn't have the BRZ or the correct white for the FRS so I ended up just using the Forester white, which is the same paint code as the BRZ

It was delivered to me this past Saturday. Pretty fast shipping but $9 for 1st class kinda made me mad..

I have 1 chip I need to repair and i'll let you know how well it matches.

Bought my touch up paint for my Whiteout FR-S at a Subaru dealership. Toyota won't have touch up paint for sale until September (information provided from Toyota Parts/Services Dep) Touch up paint for whiteout/Satin White Pearl (Code 37J) is around $17 from dealership.

I got a coupon in the mail from my dealer for a free bottle and picked it up this past weekend. For SWP it's 2 bottles, an undercoat and the metallic top coat (according to the guy at the parts counter) but I haven't opened the box to see.

Neither. Paint code should be 37J

The only way to distinguish the two bottles are the last two letters of the serial number BC (Base Coat) and TC (Top Coat). Make sure not to get them mixed up, cause the bottles are nearly identical.

Tonight I had to chance to try out the Dr Color chip kit and it turned out pretty good. Matches decently and very easy to follow through on the steps.
