Yes. I’m still waiting for a refund, it’s being processed, but I’m on a tight budget and he straight up kept my money for weeks...once I discovered it I messaged him and he admitted he sold this locally weeks after I paid for it.

Told me to “drive to Seattle (600miles) and hed buy me lunch to apologize for stealing”

I won’t judge the whole community off this one jerk. But in my 20+ years on car forums this kind of bold faced deceit was a first/second (I can remember one other time, very naive, back in 2002 I got robbed. Never again).

Sorry to hear you got scammed. We try to keep the Classified rules to reduce scammers... but can’t win em all.

He logged in today, so to keep other member safe, I’ve perma banned him & sadly that’s all I can do.
