Prior Army National Guard, though I already had it before enlisting through my Dad (USAF C130 pilot)

Wont consider a Scion or Toyota option, personal issues with them prevent me from being willing to send them any money, even if that was the better clone.

I wish my monthly insurance bill was that low, but sadly that's not the case. Hopefully next year that changes.

Ted, do you know if Scion is going to have an FR-S at the New England International Auto Show?

^ It would be nice to know if either car is going to be at the NEIAS. In any case I'm still going to this show.

You may very well be hearing from me - I need to buy myself something nice . . . I'm living in Marlborough, with my business in Framingham. Been here less than a year, though.

Do you anticipate any mark-up over MSRP to start off? And like many others, I'm anxiously waiting for finalized specs/options/pricing before seeing if I need to cross-shop with a BRZ.

Here's the closest we've got . . . I wish I could get down there more often.

You've got Wicked Innovation in West Kingston, RI. They're great with tuning Subarus including my own. When I get a BRZ I will probably make the drive down there to have them tune it.

Hey Mike! Corey with the MR2... When are you planning on getting a BRZ? Will you trade the WRX?

There is a racetrack in development in Palmer, MA. New England Region SCCA is funding some of it but it's slow to get on it's feet, as you can see if you click their site:

I dunno. My wife already thinks my car is ridiculous and I can only imagine a drift built BRZ would only be more so. Seeing Max in it gives me ants in my pants though.

My experience with USAA has always been good except when dealing with a couple of their specialty office that I believe are actually handled by contractors. Namely their mortgage office and their car insurance office (for MA). Their car insurance in MA is expensive and their service is pretty poor. They also try to get you to use Safelite for auto glass work and they did an absolute shit job replacing some windows on my car. To the point that my driver's side door still doesn't shut right and I think every window they touched rattles pretty badly.

That race track in Palmer sounds great from their web site. I noticed it was from 2006-08 though. I hope they have been making progress so I can use it before I'm senile.
