The FRS is 69.9 in. wide and the S2000 is 68.9 in. wide.. and 0.6 taller than the S2000...

Hey, this is ft86club! Bitchiness, snide putdowns, and one-upmanship come with the territory! :bellyroll:

(I think I just found my tagline!)

But you forgot the most important one of all. Misinformation!

Damn dude, it's not that serious. I said thanks for the correction.

No need to get all worked up.:mad0259:

The thing is that you saw it from behind, and it is as wide as a "regular" car. It is also as long as a "regular" coupe. You will find it small when you look from the side. It is short (as in height). That's the dimension that makes it look small.

lololol its pretty small i dunno what the O.P talking about....:barf:

..you're right, wide wheels in the rear helps with the stance.

Way to bump a year old thread. :party0030:

Better than them starting a new one on the same subject I suppose.

Perspective is a weird thing. When I saw my first FR-S from behind on the interstate (after buying mine) it took me a bit to work out I was looking at the same car. It looked wider than I expected.

Today someone in my office building snapped a pic of my car in a funeral procession and it actually struck me as looking different in the context of a daily drive. In a good way ;-)

I like the fact that it looks kind of wide. Gives it a sort of "presence" on the road, at least that's what I'm thinking when I see another one in motion.

The first time I took it out with a friend along for the ride she claimed it felt wide riding in it, and actually on a skinny road it does seem to sit pretty close to the lines. I love the way this car looks from behind and actually my favorite angle is looking directly at either rear quarter panel. That line over the wheel wells is pure sex.
