Mike,

If you truly believe that trail braking doesn't exist for autocross, you're wrong. Plain and simple. The fast drivers all use trail braking.

That said, I'll play along with your dumb...

That is a good looking curve but it's not overlayed against the first e85 tune. You would need mild boost on a first gen to get those numbers. Particularly the torque

Crazy mixed feelings this weekend.

I set high goals to win TT5 and even challenge the Club Course record in my stupid daily-driver-with-Hoosiers. Short version, that didn't happen. Feel free to...

KillerB was who reported the oil temp delta.

I’m in ZDan’s camp. There is no compelling reason for the oil cooler on the Gen 1. Plenty of OEMs and oil manufacturers have no or minimal issues...

New Chuckwalla CCW 86 N/A Record

Here's the 86 N/A record 1:59.311 Chuckwalla CCW lap set on Sunday morning. Hard to believe a 1:58.9 is possible, but I'm still happy with my driving and confidence the 949 Racing XIDA coilovers gave...
