No known issues as of yet the crank trigger on the flywheel would only be a concern, but since it is a separate piece and not integrated into the flywheel there should not be any adverse effects.

Check the sealing surfaces of the seal itself. Could have scratched the CC while installing the new seal. Check the pulley as well could be a scratch on that. Could also be a bad seal or contaminants...
