Yeah man. They are very bendable plastic. I just took a small screwdriver and got a bit under the lip. They pop right out with zero damage. Really easy. Double sided tape if you have concerns though.

Silicone pretty much sticks to everything. Doesn't really what kind you get for this application. It's a sealer more than adhesive but since it dries to a semi solid and is pretty sticky it works...
