their are some cam timing and fueling adjustments as well between v2 and v4

the v4 is best on 93/94

if you want a dedicated 91 tune then log the v4 on 91 and pull some timing in problem...

Yes its a logging issue with some rom id with oft. Flasging a oft tune may help as the tuned rom is oftem based on a different rom to original and this may log correctly

always use the xml files that come with oft tunes. Yes I think some had RR in front and some OFT. As long as you use the xml that comes with the tune bin/hex file...
