I run the Standard EVO in my car. I'm 5'11 with a 34 waist and the seat is snug for me. But it has been perfect for track use when I remove the cushion.

5'11" 200lbs, 34" waist and the Sparco Evo 2 is just right for me. I would say for a DD it would be too snug, but for a race car it's perfect. (It's not in my 86.)

the basic VSC / TRAC will be basically unusable beyond small steering angles.

You will have reduced steering leverage, and a heavier wheel.

All those poor drivers...

I've been hesitant to buy it because of this... You make the steering "quicker", so the position of the steering wheel in relation to the actual steering angle is different. That must not play well...

thats what i did lil 6 months ago, still no issues. the wires are all protected so ill b fine. the only issue i've had is the inline fuse holder melted, but that was from engine heat
