They are pretty identical but this section was different. Looks like they replaced the main U joint with a CV joint?

The closest you can get to using a 4-point safely without any additional parts is the Schroth Rallye 3 ASM which mounts to the C-pillar (shoulder part of the stock seat belt in the rear seat)....

I doubt it's designed for the weight of an adult. The highest weight rating child car seat I am aware of that supports the top anchor is 90 lbs (41 kgs), and that is supplementary to the regular seat...

The Pole Positon ABE is probably the only fixed...

The Pole Positon ABE is probably the only fixed back I'd consider for street driving, but I'd still much prefer a Recaro Sportser or SR7 (JDM market seat).

Even if I don't mind getting in or out...
