I would buy one used at a good discount before buying new. Be advised, you WILL need a new set of the Cosworth intake gaskets, no exceptions.

Only ran a can on the PCV side. The crankcase side i ran to an open filter and capped the intake nipple. If you keep having to clean the maf, that setup is worth a try.
