Weird, I set my coilovers even side to side, and about 3/8 lower in the rear. First time on the scales was 50.7 percent cross. That's with a 250lb driver and 6k/7k springs.

Yes, you do need the reinforcement plates. The supplied bushings don't fit right without them.
