I ended up going with a set of RS4s. Budget couldn't fit anything else and I need a tire I know will be fine to run this year and next at a minimum, in addition to some street driving....

Rears you would reuse OEM assuming the springs are stock height.

you will get a low oil pressure light when your engine no longer has oil in it and oil pressure falls to zero though.
