BRZ/FR-S Customer Cars Spotted Awaiting Delivery in North America??

A few batches of FR-S/BRZ have been spotted sitting in holding lots throughout North America. The question is whether these are dealer demo cars or perhaps (and hopefully) cars destined for some of the first owners in U.S. and Canada.
